.Direct sunlight can cause damage to the colours of your specimen, its important to display somewhere out of direct sun

.Store your specimen in a cool dry place, kitchens, bathrooms & anywhere with high humidity can cause specimen to lose shape or mould

.If you notice any dust like looking specs on or around your specimen these could be book lice, to treat remove the glass and place your specimen in the freezer for 48-72 hours take out to check and repeat if necessary
